•  registering security interests on the Personal Properties Securities Register;

BATNZ may share your personal information with the following parties:

•  our related companies and organisations, partners, contractors and service providers (including IT   services providers and Banks), to assist us with the operation of BATNZ, including business support   services, such as system maintenance and support, customer response centre services and services   and to assist us to respond to your requests (including, if required, to verify your age and identity);
•  any prospective or actual purchasers of BATNZ in the event of BATNZ selling to sell, buy, merge or   otherwise reorganise its businesses; and

We require any third parties, agents or representatives of BATNZ to adhere to our confidentiality requirements, requirements of the Privacy Act, and where relevant, appropriate contractual obligations that protect your personal information.

If you submit a credit account application, you authorise us to disclose your personal information with, and collect your personal information from credit reporters (including default information and other credit information). You acknowledge that credit reporters may retain your information and use it to provide credit reporting services to their other customers.
